"The" Party

This year Abigail had a bowling party for her birthday. It was very exciting for her to invite all of her friends in addition to her friends from school. You know, when you are 4, bigger is better. A bigger party meant more people, more presents, and most importantly more cupcakes. She had a great time bowling with her friends. She requested a yellow party, so we did our best to accomodate that request. The party attendants made sure the plates, cups, tablecloth, and balloons were all yellow. Spencer and I got yellow and white cupcakes and had toppers to put in them that were the number "4" and the letter "a". They turned out pretty cute!

I think the highlight of the party for most of the kids was hanging out in the arcade. Who could resist all of the flashing lights and loud sounds? Of course, the highlight for Abigail was being the center of attention for an hour and a half. Happy Birthday Abs!
