Bluebonnets '09

Here in Central Texas everyone gets out and about in the spring to take pictures in the bluebonnets. The wildflowers this time of year are absolutely breathtaking, particularly the bluebonnets. As usual, because I am so disorganized, we never get around to having this particular photo shoot. And every year I make a promise that I won't miss the bluebonnets again! (In my defense I think they are only in bloom for around 3 weeks.) Well...just when I thought I had missed them AGAIN, we stumbled upon a bluebonnet bush. That's right, one bush. I sat the girls down right in front of it and Spencer began to snap pics. Here are a couple of pics from our first official bluebonnet photo shoot!
